Kaitlyn: Frustration sets in

I'll admit right now I'm getting frustrated. It's not with my running routine. It's with my body. Although I feel better and am happier, I haven't lost a single pound. I just don't get it. I feel like I need to revamp my whole diet and just pick everything down and find out what the heck is happening. Body, this isn't cool with me. You need to stop this silliness.
