Another week finished. It's truly amazing how fast this program flies by. This weekend, I'll be beginning Week 3 which calls for 3 minute jogs. As worried as I am, I'm kind of excited. Today, I was definitely feeling the last 2 jogs. Mentally, I was pushing myself through them. However, I got through it and I was proud of myself. I begin swimming either tomorrow or this weekend and that should be amazing.
On another topic, I need to buy a new water bottle. Mine leaked about 2/3s of its water in the first 5 minute warm up. I'm also going out today to buy some new running shorts, maybe a tank top and some sports bras. As a college student, I do not do laundry enough to have just two! I work out too much for that.
I've been seriously considering getting a running belt for water. So much easier then running with a bottle!
