I've been one of the lucky ones to find dumbbells sitting in an unused closet in the house. I mean, they were probably there for someone to use at some point and why not me? So, now equipped with some dumbbells, it's time to start mixing up my Couch to 5k cardio with some good strength training. The new schedule is as follows:
Monday- off
Tuesday- Morning run, mat exercises
Wednesday- Strength
Thursday- Morning run, mat exercises
Friday- Strength
Saturday- Morning run, mat exercises
Sunday- Strength
This should be fun.
