Week 2 Day 1..I lived!

All I can say is success! I managed to get through my first day of Week 2 this morning at 6 a.m. It was amazing. I'm surprised with how well my body handled the new interval of 1:30 jog, 2:00 walk. The jogs weren't so bad. I got to the last one and looked down at my app and went "oh that was the last one?" I could have gone much longer. I'm so proud with what I was able to accomplish this morning. I feel great. I came home and showered after my cool down walk and stretching and although I'm definitely feeling a tad sore, I'm not anywhere near as dead as I was this time last week.

Along with completing the first day of Week 2, I'm also noticing my arms toning up. Before I know it, I'll be a lot stronger than I was before. (I'm looking at you Wesley. Be careful poking me from now on!) My legs for sure feel great and I'm noticing that around my ribs look a lot better and even part of my stomach. Guys, I can do this!
