I know how many of you guys have commented on the need to measure, not weigh. Well, I've taken that advice and started paying more attention. I know I mentioned briefly in my last post about losing an inch in my waist and I got to admit, I actually really just feel better and look better. I'm starting to actually see it in myself rather than just seeing a scale or a measuring tape. I think ultimately one of my other "measures" for how I'm doing will be my jeans. My dream is to be able to wear my favorite jeans with no muffin top. (death by the Muffinman!)
So thank you for those that mentioned I needed to measure, not weigh. Also, to others who are just experiencing this, I'm only three weeks into my exercise program. It seems like so long and so short at the same time. Don't ever give up!
