It kicked my ass. Warning to all those running C25k and are a week or so behind me. Week 4 will be a nightmare. Just push through it. Week 4 consists of a 3 minute jog, 1:30 walk, 5 minute jog, 2:00 walk, 3:00 jog, walk, 5:00 jog. I thought I was going to die. By the time I got to the last 5 minute jog, I thought I was just going to fall over. I was gulping water and actually had to stop around the 2:30 mark for 10 to 20 seconds to take a drink and regroup. I did it though which I think is what makes me so happy. I managed to push my way through it. I'm just desperately hoping Day 2 is easier.
On a side note, I've lost another inch in my thighs. I just have to keep this up. I may repeat Week 4 next week depending on how I'm doing this time next week.
